How do I get FREE Ground Shipping?

Free shipping applies to all orders over $99, shipped within the continental United States. Once you have more than $99 in your shopping cart, enter your Zip Code to see all your shipping options, including Free Shipping. Then choose the free shipping option and complete the checkout process. Notes: Free Shipping orders are normally shipped UPS Ground. Orders over 20lbs are subject to additional charges.

Do you offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

Yes. Every item that America's Nutrition offers comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, just return it to us within 30 days and we'll refund the purchase price or exchange it. And if we made a mistake on your order, return shipping will be reimbursed without any hassle.

All opened products will be exchanged for store credit, while unopened products are eligible for a full product refund (with no restocking fees). This is one of the best guarantees in the Nutrition and Supplement Industry!

Do you accept mail orders?

When selecting your payment method in the checkout process, choose Mail Us Your Cashier's Check or Money Order. Then proceed through the rest of the checkout process as usual and mail us your money order or cashier's check. Important Note: Please include your Order Number with your payment.

Do you take personal checks?

At this time, we do not accept personal checks. If you would like to place a mail order, we do accept cashier's checks and money orders.

Why is there a charge on my credit card statement that says Bottled Fitness Inc?

We are a division of Bottled Fitness Inc, so when you buy anything on AmericasNutrition.com, the name you will see on your credit card statement will say Bottled Fitness Inc.

How secure is your ordering system?

AmericasNutrition.com uses the most secure technology in the marketplace, 256-Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption, issued and certified by DigiCert, to encrypt all personal information you transmit through our website. The information is encrypted on your computer and decoded after it reaches our secure server. This information cannot be decrypted during transit. We also use McAfee Secure, formerly Hacker Safe, to test the vulnerability of our network daily. This keeps your personal data safe once it is on our servers. Additionally, our customer service agents never have access to your full 16 digit credit card number.

Will my name be added to third party email lists?

No, we never share our customer's email addresses with any third parties.

Do you give custom shipping quotes for large orders?

Yes. In the case of large orders with shipping costs exceeding $40, we can provide a custom quote to ship your large order.

Will my order make it through customs in my country?

Because AmericasNutrition.com ships all over the world, we cannot possibly become experts on every country's customs rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country. If you place an order and the package is refused by customs, it is customary for you to receive a letter by mail informing you that the package was returned to us. If your order is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you immediately by email and issue a product refund back to your credit card. Note: Shipping charges will not reimbursed.

What if one of the items in my order is discontinued?

If you only purchased one item and it is discontinued, we will refund your credit card in full and cancel your order. If you have ordered multiple items and one item is discontinued, we will only charge your credit card for the available items and ship your order.

How do I return a product?

If you want to return or exchange an item, simply print and complete the Easy Return/Exchange Request Form and include it in your shipment with the item(s) being returned for credit or exchange. It's fast, easy and free!

Remember, for a full product refund, we must receive the item you've returned unopened and in the original packaging with your completed Return and Exchange form. If the product has been opened, we can only issue a store credit. After your item is received, you'll get your replacement item shipped, or credit issued, within five business days! Just remember that all items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
